- 24/7 pickup and drop-off services

Rental Requirements
Driver Requirements
- Minimum age: 23 years old
- Valid driver’s license: Must be valid for at least 2 years
- International driving permit: Required for non-EU licenses
Vehicle Requirements
- Insurance: TPL
- Fuel policy: Return with same fuel level
- Mileage: Unlimited within Albania
- Condition: Return in the same condition as received
Booking and Payment
Reservations
- Online booking: Available 24/7 through our website
- Confirmation: Required within 24 hours of booking
- Modifications: Subject to availability and fees
- Cancellation: Free Cancellation 7 days before
Payment Terms
- No deposit required for vehicles
- Payment methods: cash
- Currency: Euro (EUR) and Albanian Lek (ALL) accepted
- Additional fees: Clearly disclosed during booking

Prohibited Use
- Illegal activities: Any illegal use is strictly prohibited
- Racing or competitions: Not permitted
- Towing: Unless specifically authorized
- Excessive passengers: Do not exceed vehicle capacity
- Smoking: Prohibited in all vehicles
Liability and Insurance
Our Liability
- Vehicle maintenance: We ensure all vehicles are properly maintained
- Insurance coverage: Casco Insurance can be made with Request
- Roadside assistance: 24/7 support provided
- Replacement vehicle: In case of breakdown
Your Liability
- Damage responsibility: You are responsible for damage during rental period
- Traffic violations: All fines and penalties are your responsibility
- Theft protection: Report any theft immediately to police and us
- Negligent use: Additional charges for negligent damage
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before pickup
- Late cancellation: May incur fees
- No-show: Full charge applies
- Weather conditions: Flexible cancellation in extreme weather
