Nous avons loué une polo pour 2 semaines avec Olen. Tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin de la location! Nous avons arrangé les conditions à l’avance par Whatsapp c’était très fluide et réactif, nous avions toutes les infos nécessaires et en toute transparence. Le gérant parle très bien anglais, la communication est facile et il est toujours disponible en ligne. Olen a été arrangeant sur les lieux de prise et dépose et aussi ponctuel sur les heures convenues ensemble. En plus d’etre très professionnel, le gérant a été très avenant et agréable dans la relation humaine! La voiture est très bien entretenue et adaptée pour les routes sinueuses d’Albanie et elle consomme peu. Nous avons pu arranger un passage de frontière à l’avance, si vous le souhaitez c’est aussi possible. De plus, le prix global reste très compétitif pour les prestations comparé aux grosses agences. Notre expérience a donc été très bonne et nous recommandons fortement cette agence pour votre location en Albanie. I couldn’t recommend this car rental company more. We rented at Tirana airport a VW Polo TDI clean and in perfect conditions, both mechanically and internally/externally, making our Albanian trip safe and stress-free.
